Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons not attributable to the player, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk8x, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause, even if apk8x has been advised of the possibility of such losses. apk8x's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
